1. Shipping Process & Dispatch Time
Once your order has been fully paid, it will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. We carefully prepare all orders and hand them over to our trusted shipping partners:
- Austria: Österreichische Post AG or DPD
- International (EU): DPD
Average delivery times after dispatch:
- Austria & Germany: approx. 2 to 4 business days
- Other EU countries: approx. 2 to 6 business days
Please note: delivery times may vary during holidays or due to external factors (e.g. customs, strikes, weather conditions).

📦 Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over €150.00 (incl. VAT).
3. Packaging & Protection
We treat all trading cards with care! Your items will be securely packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Depending on size and quantity, we use:
- Toploaders (hard plastic sleeves)
- Cardboard sleeves or double-sided cardboard protection
- Bubble envelopes or bubble wrap in sturdy boxes
All shipments are protected against bending and moisture.

Currently, we ship to all EU member states. For inquiries about non-EU destinations or special arrangements, feel free to contact us before placing an order.
